The external diameter of "Feng Gang" brand's bright white or black high precision seamless steel tube is from 4mm to 65mm and the thickness S from 0.5mm-6.0mm. The specifications of rolling steel tube: 8mm-80mm external diameter and the thickness S from 0.5-6.0mm, seamless rectangle steel tube: 10mm-50mm.

The raw material used for steel is fat ore imported from Australia, Brazil, produced according to German and Japan smelting technology, the chemical composition as chart 2. During the production, according to the requirements of ISO9002 quality attestation systems, arranging the technological process as the characteristics of the products by the technical department. As far as heat treatment is concerned, we take the advanced technology of performing heat treatment under the situation of none oxygen medium, which makes the inside and outside of the seamless steel tube, rectangle tube free of ferric oxide. Thereby, improves the precision, smooth finish and life-span, and makes the products show the characteristic of stainless steel. The precision of the internal and external diameter is controlled within +0.03mm. Since the steel tube is strictly dealt with antisepsis process and the both ends protected by plastic covers, no impurity is inside the steel tube, effectively preventing the steel tube from rust.
