Shanghai Jilian Tubes Manufacturing Co., Ltd is a newly established entity enterprise with an investment of over RMB 60 million on the basis of Shanghai Fenxian Steel Tube Works. The Company is specialized in the production of high-precision white seamless steel tubes, high-precision stainless and seamless steel tubes, high-precision alloy steel tubes, the steel tubes for bearing use and the extension products of steel tube cold bending. All our products belong to “Fenggang” family, a patent brand whose registered number is ZL98110629.3.
The Company stands out with advanced equipment, leading processes and substantial R&D capability and our annual output of steel tubes exceeds 12 thousand tons. The Company is granted with the legal right to import and export directly with foreign countries and has been certified with ISO9001-2000 and DNV. Our products are sold to the markets in developed countries in Asia, Europe, America and the regions such as Hongkong and Taiwan. Presently, the Company has 378 employees, among which, 25 have advanced and intermediate technical titles and another 39 have elementary technical titles. We have 2 International Welding Engineers and 8 International Welder. Our welding capacity: specialized aluminum alloy welding and stainless steel welding. Welding scope: aluminum alloy 141 (WIG), material group 22.3, thickness of material t=3-12mm BW/FW; stainless steel 141 (WIG), material group 8, t=3-8mm BW; stainless steel 141 (WIG), material group 8, t=4-9.6mm FW. Our city railway products are widely supplied to Siemens, CSR Zhuzhou Electric Locomotive Co., Ltd, CNR Tangshan Railway Vehicle Co., Ltd. The main products cover brake system pipeline, various columns and hand rests, seats; railway traction devices, different stainless steel stairs and brake systems for city railway vehicles. The products are totally designed and manufactured according to international standards.
